For our second project, we found ourselves in the heart of northern Germany. The crisp winter air greeted us as we arrived, with temperatures so cold they seemed to freeze time – but the skies were perfectly clear, offering a stunning backdrop for our shoot.
Despite the chill, the day’s work was invigorating. Wrapped in layers of jackets, scarves, and gloves, we set up our equipment and captured scenes bathed in soft, natural light. There’s something magical about the contrast of frosty air and a brilliant sky – it gave our footage a unique and almost cinematic quality.
Northern Germany may not have the warmth of Conakry, but it left us with its own charm: calm, crisp, and endlessly inspiring. If you ever visit, don’t shy away from the cold; it’s well worth it.
